MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Teri.
I help people find greater clarity when midlife feels complicated, overwhelming, or simply different than it used to.
My work brings together menopause education, coaching, executive-function support, and practical organization to provide thoughtful, individualized support.

Midlife & Executive-Function Support
Support should meet you where you are and help life feel more understandable, manageable, and clear.
MY STORY
I spent more than two decades as an at-home parent before returning to school and completing my bachelor’s degree in psychology at 50.
That experience deeply shaped the way I think about support: it should be practical, compassionate, evidence-informed, and built around real life—not an idealized version of how things “should” look.
I am especially drawn to times of transition—when something feels overwhelming or unsustainable, but it is not yet clear what needs to change or where to begin.
A path shaped by
life experience
WHY THE CLARITY COLLABORATIVE?
Midlife can influence how we think, feel, focus, organize, remember, relate to others, and manage the visible and invisible responsibilities of everyday life. Understanding why these changes are happening can bring clarity, reassurance, and a greater sense of control.
My goal is to help you understand these connections and find realistic strategies that fit your needs, priorities, and life. Together, we can identify practical ways to make everyday life feel more manageable.

BEYOND THE WORK
AN APPROACH GROUNDED IN REAL LIFE
My personal and professional experiences shape an approach that is understanding, realistic, and centered on what will work best for each individual.
A little more
about me
I’m a wife and mom of three children, ages 17, 20, and 23. Our household also includes a dog and four cats, so I understand how full and active everyday life can be.
I enjoy baking sourdough bread, crocheting, and doodling with colored pens—one of my favorite ways to calm my nervous system and quiet my brain.
I am also a longtime fan of Law & Order: SVU. After so many years of watching, Olivia Benson practically feels like extended family.
